Care
Remove spent flower stalks to preserve bulb energy. Allow foliage to die back naturally before removing.
Maintenance
Lift and divide bulbs every 3-4 years. Replant offsets in fall.
Cleanup
Once foliage yellows completely, cut back to soil level. Mark bulb location to avoid disturbance.
Notes
Grown from small bulbs. Often treated as a short-lived perennial in cold climates. Excellent cut flower.
